Who is SiteSitter for?
It depends on what you need. SiteSitter is a website care service for small organizations: for $199 to $299 a month, we watch your existing website day and night, fix what breaks or goes stale, and send you one plain-words note every Monday. It fits nonprofits, clubs, churches and local firms whose web person moved on. If you need a new website, a redesign, or more visitors from ads, we are the wrong choice - we only keep a good site alive.
Websites get sick quietly.
Nobody phones you when it happens. One day a customer does.
Your site, back under a warm light.
How it works.
Send us your website address. One email. That's the whole job for you.
We check it, free. You get a Site Health Card: what's fine, what's stale, what needs fixing. Plain words, no jargon.

What a fix looks like.
A real example of the kind of thing we catch - names changed.
"Summer fete - 12 July 2023!"
Still on the homepage in October. Under it: "our new evening hours" from two owners ago, and a contact form that mailed an inbox nobody opens.
Current fete, current hours, form fixed.
The stale banner came down, the hours match the door, and the form now reaches the person who answers. All approved by the org before anything went live.
Every Monday, one note you actually read.
- ✓ Site stayed up all week
- ✓ Security lock is on and current
- → 2 broken links found and fixed
- → Old "2024 hours" replaced with your new ones
- ✓ Contact form tested - it reaches you
- ✓ Backups ran. Nothing for you to do.

Questions.
Who are you?
A small, new care desk for organizations whose website person moved on. Computers do the watching; a named person, Joe, reads every result and approves every fix.
Do you need my passwords?
Not for the free Health Card - we only look at what any visitor sees. For care, we agree in writing first what access is needed, and only that.
What if my site breaks at midnight?
We get an alert and start on it. You hear what happened, in plain words, by morning.
What don't you do?
New websites, redesigns, ads, or SEO campaigns. Care only: keep it up, keep it safe, keep it current.
What if there's nothing to fix some months?
You still get the Monday note proving everything was checked. Quiet months are the point.
